WHICH ACCESS ARE OPEN CURRENTLY ?
HOW DOES A MEMBER BENEFIT FROM PRIORITY ACCESS ?
For priority access, you may advance to the beginning of the line with the security guards next to the sign “Entrée A” in the courtyard of the château. There is no priority access to get an audio guide or for the two Trianon palaces.
Attention : With the heightened anti-terrorism precautions at Versailles, all visitors must wait in the security line at the entrance to the palace courtyard. Please account for this extra time, only after which will the membership card grant you priority access.
If you come with additional non-members, it is possible to purchase them tickets on the château’s website http://billetterie.chateauversailles.fr or, at the last minute, in locations close to the château, including the Office of Tourism of Versailles and the Brasserie du Musée (for practical information and prices, see our FAQ at www.amisdeversailles.com).
Please note that two visitors accompanying the card holder can also benefit from priority access.
Chateau access is free for children but access to the musical fountain shows is paying for children above 6 years old. (Tickets can be purchased at the entrance to the gardens or in advance online http://en.chateauversailles.fr/prepare-my-visit-/single/tickets-and-rates/billets-et-tarifs/les-grandes-eaux-1-en )

HOW TO COME TO THE CHATEAU ?
* RER C, from the center of Paris, towards Versailles Rive-Gauche Station (5mn walk to the château).
* Other trains
From Paris Montparnasse, towards Versailles Chantiers Station (15mn walk to the château).
From Paris Saint Lazare, towards Versailles Rive-Droite Station (15mn walk to the Château).
* Car Parks : Many are available close to the château
